JAKARTA - Vice President Jusuf Kalla said Indonesia Health Card program (KIS) in his government has no legal basis. Jokowi magic card program is housed within a law BPJS, so KIS can be applied throughout Indonesia.
"That's when the frame BPJS. That's a legal umbrella. Indonesia Smart Card's already happened before. Naturally, 12 years. It is supported by the state budget. It's a law, you know," said JK told reporters at the Office of the Vice President on Thursday (6/11).
Launching this program Jokowi magic cards to get a negative response from the Deputy Speaker of the House Fahri Hamzah. According to him, KIS has no legal and illegal.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Ministry of Health PPSDM SUMANTRI Usman denied Fahri. According to him, KIS has the same legal basis in BPJS, namely the poor and unable to be borne by the state.
